We exclusively supply customers in the B2B / B2G sector. Therefore, you must order under a company name and company address to purchase goods from us. Private individuals (B2C) are not supplied. Orders can only be placed from Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein in our webshop. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us by email or phone. 

To place an order in our webshop, you must be logged in. Are you a new customer? Then we ask you to register on our website. After our sales team has reviewed your information, you will receive your login credentials by email. Please note that no registrations are processed on weekends. You will receive your login credentials on the next business day. 

Under Service, you will find the section “Open Service Case” where you can register your return. Please have an invoice or delivery note number ready so we can assign your order. 

Our support team will review your request (return, exchange, reason, purchase date, etc.) and then send you a short return form.

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Batteries must be shipped according to hazardous goods regulations.

Items marked as “available from stock” in the webshop should arrive within 1–3 business days. Items not in stock have a delivery time of approximately 10 to 15 business days. If an item cannot be delivered later or at all, the customer will be informed in writing. 

We deliver exclusively on invoice. Cash payment on site is not possible. Unless otherwise stated, the payment term is 30 days. For new customers, advance payment may be required. 

Our target market is Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We ship exports only against advance payment and from a certain minimum order value. Please feel free to send us your enquiry and we will take care of your request or refer you to one of our partners in your destination country.
